Effective date: 16 August 2026 · Applies to the U1TraX GPS mobile application (Android and iOS) and the U1TraX fleet tracking platform.
U1TraX GPS is a fleet tracking platform operated by Acepro X ("we", "us"). The mobile application is provided to fleet operators and their authorised staff whose accounts are created by their organisation's administrator.
Account data. Your email address and login credentials are used to authenticate you and manage your account. Accounts are provisioned by your organisation; the app itself does not offer account creation.
Device identifiers. A push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) is registered so the platform can deliver fleet alerts to your device. It is deleted when you log out.
Vehicle telemetry. The platform processes GPS positions, speed, fuel and related telemetry transmitted by GPS tracking devices installed in your organisation's vehicles. This is business data belonging to your organisation, not personal data collected from your phone.
Your phone's location. If you tap the locate button on the map, your current position is shown on your screen only. It is not transmitted to our servers or stored.
Data is used solely to provide the fleet tracking service: authentication, live vehicle maps, reports, alerts and push notifications. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and the app contains no advertising.
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to fleet data is restricted to the tenant organisation that owns it.
Account data is retained while your organisation's subscription is active. To correct or delete your account data, contact your organisation's administrator or email us at the address below. Push tokens are removed on logout.
The service is intended for business users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
